Mediation can be an effective way for a separating family to achieve a plan for moving forward.

On June 8, 2023, CLEA partnered with the Manitoba Bar Association and Mediation Services to present a webinar about how to assess when mediation might be appropriate in a Family Law case involving abuse and how to help clients better prepare for the process.
