  • What if I need to make a will and cannot see a lawyer?

    A holograph will is a will written entirely in the maker’s own handwriting. It should be signed, initialed on each page, and dated. It is an option in an emergency situation. You may want to consult a lawyer beforehand to make sure that your wishes are clearly stated. Ideally, you should have a lawyer make your will for you.

  • What is a Health Care Directive and why should I have one?
